Adani Solar manufactures solar panels. Verde Solaire is a Delhi NCR engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company that installs rooftop systems, and on three published projects it has installed Adani's own panels: a 10 kW bifacial system in Greater Kailash, New Delhi, a 2 kW system in Varanasi, and a 430 kW factory plant in Dharuhera, Haryana. The two are not really rivals for a homeowner's decision. One makes the module that goes on the roof; the other surveys the roof, chooses the modules, installs the system and files the subsidy paperwork. What Adani Solar publishes about itself

We read Adani Solar's homepage, its about-us page and its MonoPERC Shine product page on 20 September 2026. The about-us page states manufacturing capacity of "4 GW cells & 10 GW of modules and 2 GW of ingots & wafers", cumulative shipments of "over 20 GW of modules", and describes the company as "India's 1st and largest vertically integrated solar PV manufacturer". It cites a "Top performer 9 years in a row" ranking from an independent module reliability testing programme, a Bloomberg Tier 1 listing, and 6th place globally in Wood Mackenzie's Global Solar Photovoltaic Module Manufacturer Rankings for 2026. Its parent, Adani Group, is described as having a market capitalisation of over USD 200 billion, and its main manufacturing campus is said to span more than 800 acres.

On product, the homepage lists a PRIDE series (MonoPERC, 610 to 650 Wp, described for "excellent low-light performance"), a SHINE series (MonoPERC, 520 to 545 Wp) and a SHINE TOPCon series with a stated module efficiency of 22.3%, plus an Elan Bifacial line. The MonoPERC Shine product page we read gives a wattage range of 540 to 560 Wp and an efficiency of up to 21.22%, with a P-type PERC cell on an M10 gallium-doped wafer. None of the three pages states a product or performance warranty in years, an ISO or IEC certification list, or an ALMM List-II status for a specific panel, and none describes a dealer network, an installer, or a price for a home rooftop system. Those questions belong to whoever installs the panel, not to the manufacturer's own pages.

Where Verde Solaire has installed Adani panels

Verde Solaire's published projects using Adani modules span a home rooftop, a smaller PM Surya Ghar system and a factory plant.

The Greater Kailash, Delhi project is a 10 kW home system built with 530 Wp Adani bifacial modules on a raised frame, so light reaches both faces of the panel. The owner, Jai Kumar Manghnani, wrote on Verde Solaire's testimonials page: "We had agreed for 530W Mono Perc Adani solar panels for my solar energy system, but they installed a better bifacial solar panel of Adani without charging anything extra from us."

The Varanasi project is a 2 kW home system under PM Surya Ghar, published in March 2024, using 540 Wp Adani panels with a KSolare inverter; the post describes it as the start of Verde Solaire's PM Surya Ghar work in the city.

The Dharuhera, Haryana project is a 430 kW plant on the Jindal Prefab factory roof, built with Adani modules and Havells inverters carrying a published 10-year warranty on the inverters, and financed almost entirely through a SIDBI loan repaid over seven years out of the factory's bill savings.

Who surveys the roof, installs the system, gets the subsidy paid and follows the net meter to activation is an installer question, and that is where Verde Solaire's published projects, including the three built with Adani panels, show what the company has actually done.

If you want Adani panels specifically, say so when you request a quote; Verde Solaire has fitted them on a bifacial home system, a smaller PM Surya Ghar installation and a large factory plant.
